I had such a fun full weekend visiting Chicago for my gorgeous cousin's wedding. The weather was absolutely gorgeous...okay a bit windier than I am use to- perhaps the reason behind the nickname the Windy City?! But all that wind made it the perfect time to break out my new vest. I have been needing wanting a vest to wear on those in-between days, chilly but not cold enough for a big jacket kind of day. Every time I found a cute vest in a store they were always out of my size !! So.. when I went dress shopping for something to wear to the wedding and I spotted this vest, I had to make an important decision. Buy a new dress for the wedding or buy this gorgeous vest? Yep.. I went with the vest. I mean they had one left in my size.. and I have been looking for months! Don't worry though.. apparently when you have "nothing" to wear in your closet to a wedding.. you somehow seem to find "something" when you would rather spend that new dress money on something else!
